Refund policy

Everything you see is handmade, by me. I take great pride in what I do and have worked hard to bring you some quality products that I hope you will love. But I understand that sometimes things go wrong. If this happens, please get in contact so we can sort out a solution.

As stated in the listings, earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene purposes.

Sale items are protected under normal refund rules. 

Everyone loves a bargain and occasionally we run sample sales. During these events, all items which are marked SAMPLE or SECOND are sold as seen and described. These are items which have minor flaws and were either created as part of the design process or didn't quite meet the usual quality standards. They are still working, functional items being sold with stated flaws at a reduced rate and clearly marked as to what to expect.
